We make all our 4Cats Cat Scratchers AFTER customer places an order. We do not have items in stock and because of that every customer must wait until we make them, so we can deliver on time. The process of making them you can see in our video on our website. 

If you have received Cat Scratcher you did not order, let us know as soon as possible! Please send us a message at [email protected], before sending the item back. In case we have sent you wrong Scratcher or we have sent you Scratcher with the wrong name on it the following requirements must be fulfilled: the item must be returned in its original package and condition, unused within 14 days of receiving an item. In order for us to accept your return, you must ensure your Cat Scratcher is unused and the box is still intact. Please ensure it is packed properly. Any items received in an unsuitable condition will be refused. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
